Try these four fruit smoothie for a breakfast or as a tasty dessert.
Ingredients
1 1⁄2 cup non-fat plain yogurt
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup canned peaches
1⁄2 cup frozen strawberries
2 bananas
4 ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender container, combine yogurt and pineapple juice.
- Stir to mix.
- Add peaches, strawberries, bananas (broken in half), and ice cubes.
- Cover and blend until pureed.
- Serve!
